On Andalusian soil, on west Granada, our best oil is born. Thanks to the particular climatic conditions and to its varieties of hojiblanca and pointed-shaped olives, which offer a notably fruity taste, the best juice is obtained, our olive oil, virgin extra, Gran Selección.
Its elaboration commences with the selection and picking straight from the tree of our best olives of the pointed-shape variety and hojiblanca, discarding totally any olive which has already fallen from the tree, thus avoiding an undesired acidity.

Immediately after being picked, the fruit is transported and subjected to an exhaustive cleaning and washing process. In this way, what is achieved is that the fruit picked does not suffer any kind of deterioration and a juice is obtained with the least possible acidity and the very best qualities.

Finally, with the most modern Technology and thanks to extraction by cold pressing, we obtain the best Quality and the greatest qualities of our Oil, virgin extra, one hundred percent pure, converting itself into what many consider the best oil in the world.
